Army Chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa on Tuesday termed tranquility as well as success in Balochistan as “the bedrock of Pakistan’s progression”, claiming security forces would continue to be steadfast to defeat components against the province’s security.
He made the statements while engaging with the individuals of the 7th National Workshop Balochistan held at the General Headquarters, the armed force’s media wing said in a statement.
Attended by a large number of legislators, bureaucrats, participants of civil society, young people, academic community and also media representatives, the workshop is focused on “enabling future leadership of Balochistan in recognizing important national/provincial problems and also placing natural action”, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
