SIALKOT: The Punjab federal government has suspended Daska Aide Commissioner Asif Hussain Mehdi and two deputy superintendents of authorities (DSPs) from service following the Political election Compensation of Pakistan (ECP) orders.
The ECP had purchased elimination of the officers on Feb 24 in its decision on Daska National Assembly constituency NA-75 by-polls, after PML-N issues concerning “kidnapping” of 20 presiding policemans as well as other personnel and damaging the results, demanding re-polling.
