Prime Minister Imran Khan takes the time from his busy schedule to share his thoughts, particularly with the young, from monthly book suggestions to supporting his favourite television shows.
The retired cricket champion has come up with some words of support for young people around the world as the tough year draws to an end. Feeling tired, defeated and broken? No worries, because Khan is here to share a tried and tested mantra of his very own.

He said in a short video posted on Instagram, “Life goes in cycles, never in a straight line . Where one ends up depends upon how one copes with the high and low points,”
Such losses and complaints are all a lesson. One who knows how to deal with the challenges that come his way is a good one. The true loss is demoralisation. Learn to slip but then, with grace, get back up. Explore your talents. This is the period known as war, the secret to victory.
Many that are good are never demoralised by the hard days, but instead evaluate and benefit from their errors and thereby become stronger. And if they never get swept away by the accomplishment on a peak, instead they work harder to prolong the course before the eventual descent begins.

So pay attention, young people. You may support or disagree with the politics of Khan, but it’s always nice to hear words of affirmation from others in leadership positions.
