QUETTA: Balochistan High Court Chief Justice Jamal Khan Mando-khail expressed discontent with the delay in the disposal of cases by the accountability courts.
Chief Justice Mandokhail toured the accountability courts in Quetta on Monday, along with Justice Nazeer Ahmed Langove, and reviewed the under-trial cases and results of these courts. The Director-General of the Native Accountability Bureau, Balochistan, was summoned, while the prosecutor of the NAB was present on the occasion.

In order to enhance their efficiency, the chief justice instructed the judges of the accountability courts and requested the NAB director general and prosecutors to improve the mechanism of trial and present witnesses in court on time. He also instructed the lawyers to assist with the prompt disposition of lawsuits.
He said it was necessary for the eradication of corruption to hear lawsuits and impart justice to the courts in a timely manner.
