Urmila Matondkar, a Bollywood veteran, has come out firmly against the allegations made on social media by Kangana Ranaut. The Kite actor says that Matondkar’s lavish workspace, worth INR 3 crore, came into being after she entered the political alliance of Shiv Sena, the Hindustan Times reported.
The actress took to social media saying she owns the workspace that was paid for by selling a flat she acquired in 2011 with her hard-earned money from working in the film industry for 25 to 30 years. The paper includes documentation relating to the selling of a flat in the first week of March. It also has records about how, through my hard work, I bought the office with the money I had earned.
The flat I purchased was way before I joined politics,” Matondkar said in a Twitter video, adding that she is ready to show the media every paper linked to this transaction.” “I urge Kangana Ranaut to pick up a time and place and come out with her list of members of the film industry she was supposed to submit to the NCB, for which she took Y-plus on the tax payers’ money.”
