A man wielding a weapon was jailed from outside the Parliament Home in Islamabad on Monday, authorities stated.
Television video revealed the man strolling frantically on a main road, swing a pistol in one hand and what looked like a knife in the other, as a number of safety and security authorities appeared to surround him.
Police claimed the apprehended guy was changed to Secretariat police station as well as a handgun was seized from him.
Later On, Inside Priest Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said during a press conference that the tool confiscated from the man had no bullets inside. He validated that the authorities had actually arrested the man, adding that more examination on the issue was under way.
According to police, the man has been identified as a 45-year-old resident of Chakri, Islamabad.
Police claimed the man seemed to be dealing with a mental disease as well as his records were being examined.
