The lawmaker said he had his brother murdered by Sher Zaman and others.
The suspect, Sher Zaman, has already reported on record that MPA Faisal Zaman had recruited him for the murder against the payment of Rs2 million. The counter-terrorism agency detained him.
Gul Nawaz’s brother, Sardar Gulfraz, also appeared before the court on Monday, alleging that the MPA and nine others were involved in the assassination.
In the meantime the police said they had not detained the lawmaker since he had secured transit bail until December 10 in the Islamabad High Court event.
