NAB wants Hamza Shahbaz bail cancelled: ISLAMABAD: National Liability Bureau (NAB) has approached the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) to obtain the bond of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hamza Shahbaz terminated.
The NAB has asked the peak court in its attract annul a decision of the Lahore High Court (LHC) approving bail to the Opposition Leader in Punjab Assembly on February 24.
The liability guard dog begged that the LHC overlooked the realities in the event as his case does not relate to challenge. “Giving bond to Hamza Shahbaz will produce a hindrance in the NAB inquiry,” the appeal read while requiring to cancel the LHC order.
