SC questions fake degree holders in CAA: ISLAMABAD: The High Court of Pakistan on Monday observed that pilots made use of to run airplanes on fake degrees while some people completed their services in Airport terminal Safety on fake levels.
A two-member bench of the pinnacle court making up Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed and also Justice Mazhar Alam Khan listened to a charm filed by the Civil Air Travel Authority (CAA) against the choice of the Sindh High Court referring to dispensation of retired life advantages to Nadeem Zubairi, basic supervisor, Security, CAA.
The court confessed for routine listening to the charm filed by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and also set aside the choice of the Sindh High Court. During the program of hearing, Principal Justice Gulzar Ahmed observed that the Civil Aviation Authority is one of the most pitiable organization, stating that pilots ran the planes on fake levels while some finished their services even in the delicate division of Airport terminal Safety and security.
“It is as a result of these factors that contraband is done conveniently on airport terminals while most of CCTV electronic cameras are not practical,” the chief justice remarked. Saying on trial, the CAA advise submitted that the respondent, Nadeem Zubairi, managed to take a fake confirmation letter from the Karachi University.
The guidance said the decision made by the Sindh High Court is past realities, hence it may be reserved in the interest of justice.
The Sindh High Court had provided dispensation of retirement advantages to Nadeem Zubairi, which was tested in the future by the Civil Aeronautics Authority in the High Court.
