SHC extends pre-arrest bail of Manzoor Wassan: KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) has expanded the pre-arrest bond appeal of Pakistan People’s Celebration (PPP) leader Manzoor Wassan in assets beyond earnings situation.
The high court performed the hearing of Manzoor Wassan’s appeal against the probe initiated by the National Liability Bureau (NAB) in properties beyond income case.
Throughout the hearing, the NAB district attorney told the court that it has been chosen to shut the query versus Manzoor Wassan as well as the recommendation was forwarded to the headquarters. The prosecutor included that a response was due to be made by the NAB headquarters.

The high court offered time to NAB officials to send their reaction. Later, the SHC extended the pre-arrest bail of Manzoor Wassan till May 4 and adjourned the hearing.
The PPP leader is implicated of making possessions beyond his known income sources and possesses benami residential properties also, however, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had failed in filing recommendation versus the PPP stalwart.
