SHC ordered to remove PPP leader name: KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) purchased on Thursday the federal government to remove PPP leader Nisar Khuhro’s name from the Departure Control Listing (ECL).
A two-judge bench of the SHC permitted him to take a trip abroad from April 9 till May 19.
Throughout the hearing, a National Liability Bureau (NAB) prosecutor specified before the bench that the corruption guard dog is carrying out inquiries versus Khuhro, nailing that he might not fly back home after taking a trip abroad.

The prosecutor, for that reason, begged with the high court to not permit him to go out of the nation.
Khuhro mentioned in his request that he wishes to travel to the United States (US) to meet his family members resolved there.
“The federal government has placed my name on the ECL on destructive premises,” Khuhro argued, asking for the court to eliminate his name from the no-fly listing.
