Sindh announces closure of public transport: KARACHI: Rural transportation preacher has revealed closure of public transportation from May 8 to 16 in Sindh.
Transport Preacher Awais Qadir Shah has stated that the inter-provincial transport, inter-city as well as tourist transportation will certainly be closed in the province throughout the said duration.
The decision, nevertheless, will certainly not be implemented over the general public transport within city, he added.
The district had earlier requested the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) to impose a ban on inter-provincial transport.
