Sindh revises eligibility criterion for female students: KARACHI: Sindh’s School Education and also Proficiency Division has revised the eligibility standard for stipulation of an annual gratuity to female students.
“With the approval of skilled authority i.e. Honourable Chief Minister Sindh, the College Education & Proficiency Division is pleased to modify Girls Gratuity qualification criteria for University year 2020-21,” a notice provided by the division read.
According to the alert, female pupils in classes 6, 9 and 10 will be qualified for the gratuity and those with 35% presence in 2 months of the school year 2020-21 i.e. October and also November 2020 will be offered the stipend.
The gratuity is targeted at encouraging women to seek their education and learning.
Previously, Special Aide to the Head Of State on Social Protection Dr. Sania Nishtar said Waseela-e-Taleem, aiming to tackle reduced registration prices, is being broadened to the additional education degree.
Currently, there are 18.7 million out-of-school kids, in the age of 6 to 16 in the nation, she added.
