The New York-based company offers software that helps its customers with advertising and marketing, advertising and also client interaction. Sprinklr was founded in 2009 and is led by creator and also Ceo Ragy Thomas.
The size of the offering has not been established, the business said.
In September in 2015, the company raised $200 million from personal equity company Hellman & Friedman, bringing its evaluation to $2.7 billion. Singapore-based investment company Temasek, and also ICONIQ Funding have also invested in the start-up.
