ISLAMABAD: Two trainees were picked by the resources police when they along with scores of others reached Express Chowk on Tuesday to stage a presentation versus physical exams of SSC as well as HSSC courses.
The police also utilized pressure to disperse the trainees when they were presenting a sit-in at the roundabout.
Previously, the students collected before the National Press Club and organized a protest against the physical examinations. They said they had taken online classes during the pandemic and were currently not totally prepared to show up in the examinations.
They demanded that the federal government should cancel the tests as well as advertise pupils to following classes.
Later, a few of the protesters marched in the direction of D-Chowk for a sit-in, the police claimed. However, they were intercepted at Express Chowk by the authorities.
Settlements were accepted the students in conclusion the objection but they refused as a result of which force was used, said the cops.
Some students were after that packed into police vehicles. Later, the cops succeeded to disperse the militants.
Most of the trainees were later on released except the two who were shifted to the police station.
